New Issue: Public Service Co. of Oklahoma prices $250 million senior notes at Treasuries plus 200 bps

New York, Nov. 8 - Public Service Co. of Oklahoma priced $250 million in 6.625% senior notes at Treasuries plus 200 basis points.

The series G senior notes are priced at 99.253 to yield 6.683% and are due Nov. 15, 2037. The notes are redeemable, at any time, via a make-whole call at Treasuries plus 30 basis points.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc.; Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Inc.; Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc.; and UBS Securities LLC are the joint bookrunners.

The notes are rated Baa1 by Moody's, BBB by Standard & Poor's and A- by Fitch.
