Fitch rates PSC of New Hampshire bond A+

Fitch Ratings said it assigned an A+ rating to Public Service Co. of New Hampshire's (PSNH) first mortgage bond issuance.

The rating is the same as Fitch’s on PSNH’s outstanding senior secured debt.

PSNH will use the proceeds to refinance short-term debt, fund capital expenditures and for working capital.

The outlook is stable.
