Fitch: PSC Colorado bonds A

Fitch Ratings said it assigned the Public Service Company of Colorado's $250 million issuance of 4.75% first mortgage bonds, series No. 22, due Aug. 15, 2041 an A rating.

The outlook for the company is stable.

Fitch said key rating drivers for the company include solid credit metrics relative to Fitch's guidelines; a relatively constructive regulatory environment in Colorado; costs associated with compliance with emissions regulation and legislation; and continued regulatory support for recovery of significant capital spending.
