Public Service Co. of Colorado files $800 million shelf

Knoxville, Tenn., Feb. 6 - Public Service Co. of Colorado filed an $800 million first mortgage bonds and senior debt securities shelf registration in an S-3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

The public utility is based in Denver.
