New Issue: Thailand’s PTT sells $575.05 million notes due 2035, 2042

Los Angeles, Oct. 25 – PTT PCL subsidiary PTT Treasury Center Co. Ltd. issued $244,955,000 of 5 7/8% senior notes due 2035 and $330.09 million of 4˝% senior notes due 2042, according to notices.

Citigroup Global Markets Ltd., Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corp. Ltd. and Merrill Lynch (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. are bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S offerings.

The oil and gas company is based in Bangkok.
