New Issue: Thailand’s PTT issues 10 billion baht 4˝% debentures due 2021

Madison, Wis., Dec. 15 – PTT PCL announced it issued 10 billion baht of 4% debentures due 2021 on Monday.

Bangkok Bank PCL, Krung Thai Bank PCL, Kasikorn Bank PCL and Siam Commercial Bank PCL were the arrangers.

The latest issue is the company’s first for 2014 and part of its five-year fundraising plan launched in 2013. The company plans to issue a total of 250 billion baht through 2017 for financing investments, working capital or refinancing. The unissued balance of the fundraising program is 218 billion baht.

The debentures have been rated AAA by Fitch Ratings (Thailand) Ltd.

The oil and gas company is based in Bangkok.
