Thailand's PTT to issue $600 million of bonds in third quarter

New York, March 29 - PTT plc plans to sell $600 million of bonds in the third quarter, according to a market source.

Proceeds will be used to refinance long-term debt.

The prospective issuer, based in Bangkok, Thailand, is an oil and gas conglomerate.
