Moody's rates PTT notes Baa1

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a definitive Baa1 senior unsecured rating to the $500 million 3.375% notes due 2022 and the $600 million 4.5% notes due 2042 issued by PTT PCL.

The outlook is stable.

Moody's said its definitive rating on this debt obligation confirms the provisional rating of Baa1 assigned on Oct. 11.
