New York, July 7 - PTT Public Co. Ltd. will kick off a roadshow for its planned $400 million 10-year global bond offering (Baa1/BBB) on Friday, according to a market source.

The roadshow will start in Singapore on July 9, go to Hong Kong on July 12, then stop in London on July 13, followed by New York on July 14, and then wrap up in Boston on July 15.

Pricing is expected immediately after the completion of the roadshow.

The bonds will be structured as bullets.

Deutsche Bank, Citigroup and JP Morgan are running the books for the Rule 144A/Regulation S deal.

The deal is the petrochemical company's debut in the international capital markets.
