Thailand's PTT to make international bond debut with $500 million notes

St. Louis, April 15 - PTT PCL, the Thai petrochemical conglomerate, plans to make its debut in the international bond market with an offering of $500 million of notes, according to a market source.

Deutsche Bank Securities and JP Morgan are expected to get the mandate on the deal.

Timing remains to be determined.

Proceeds will be used to refinance debt and fund expansion of the company.
