Fitch rates PTT debentures AAA(tha)

Fitch Ratings said it assigned PTT PCL's (BBB+/AAA(tha)/stable) debentures to be issued under its upcoming 44 billion baht medium-term debenture program a national long-term rating of AAA(tha).

The debentures will be senior unsecured with a maturity of up to 30 years.

The agency said the debentures are rated at the same level PTT's national long-term rating, as they will constitute its direct, unsecured, unconditional and unsubordinated obligations.
