Moody's: PTTEP plan is positive
Moody's Investors Service said that PTT Exploration and Production's plan to raise equity of up to THB 98 billion is credit positive.
PTT Exploration and Production is raising the money to expand its investments worldwide.
"The proposed equity issuance will improve PTTEP's funding mix and reduce its reliance on debt to fund its long-term reserve and production growth plans," Moody's vice president and senior analyst Simon Wong said in a news release.
