Moody's rates PTTEP notes Baa1

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a definitive Baa1 senior unsecured debt rating to PTT Exploration and Production PCL 's $500 million 6.35% notes due 2042.

The notes are issued by PTTEP Canada International Finance Ltd. and guaranteed by PTT Exploration and Production.

The proceeds will be used primarily for refinancing and general corporate purposes.
