Fitch rates PTT Chemical debt A+(tha)

Fitch Ratings said it assigned PTT Chemical Public Co. Ltd. a national long-term rating of A+(tha) to its new issuance of senior unsecured debentures of up to 12 billion in Thai baht from 10 billion in Thai baht.
