New Issue: Thailand's PTT Bank prices ¥36 billion 10-year samurai to yield swaps plus 55 bps

New York, June 26 - PTT Bank PCL sold ¥36 billion of 10-year unsubordinated, unsecured samurai notes (A2) with a coupon of 2.71%, according to a market source.

The spread was mid-swaps plus 55 basis points.

Daiwa SMBC, HSBC, and JP Morgan are the joint bookrunners.

PTT Bank is a Bangkok, Thailand-based retail and investment bank.

Amount: ¥36 billion

Issue: 10-year unsubordinated unsecured notes

Maturity: June 29, 2017

Coupon: 2.71%
