Aspiriant Risk Managed Global Equity Fund registers with SEC

By Toni Weeks

San Diego, Dec. 19 - Aspiriant Global Equity Trust has completed the initial registration of its Aspiriant Risk Managed Global Equity Fund in an N-1A filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The fund seeks long-term capital appreciation while considering the federal tax implications of investment decisions.

The fund will, under normal conditions, invest at least 80% of its total assets in common stocks, focusing on small-capitalization companies. The adviser will seek to reduce the volatility of the fund's net asset value relative to the MSCI All Country World index.

The portfolio managers will be Jason Thomas, Stephen A. Clark and Kenneth Everding.

The fund's adviser class and investor class shares will not carry a sales charge. Investor shares will incur a 2% redemption fee of the amounts redeemed for shares held for 60 days or less.

Management fees are 1.07% for both classes. Total annual fund operating expenses are 1.27% for adviser shares and 1.47% for investor shares.

Los Angeles-based Aspiriant LLC will be the fund's investment adviser.
