PSL may issue up to $100 million in convertibles

Knoxville, Tenn., Dec. 10 - PSL Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it will consider plans to issue up to $100 million in convertible bonds at a board meeting on Dec. 14.

Based in Daman, India, PSL manufactures pipes.
