New Issue: Singapore’s PSA issues S$150 million 2.675% 15-year notes

Concord, N.H., March 4 – PSA Treasury Pte. Ltd., a subsidiary of PSA International Pte. Ltd., priced S$150 million of 2.675% guaranteed notes due 2037, according to a notice.
The Regulation S notes will be listed on the Singapore Exchange on March 7.
PSA International is a port operator based in Singapore and guarantor of the notes.
