Moody's rates PSA bonds Ba3

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a Ba3 global local-currency senior debt rating to PSA Finance Argentina Compania Financiera's seventh bond issuance for an amount up to ARS 70 million, due in 21 months, as well as to the eighth issuance for an amount of ARS 30 million, due in 9 months.

Moody's assigned an Aa2.ar national-scale local-currency debt rating to both issuances.

The outlook of the global debt ratings is under review for possible downgrade, as a result of the action taken on several Argentinean banks on March 16, Moody's said.
