Moody's rates PSA notes Ba3

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned Ba3 global local-currency senior debt ratings to PSA Finance Argentina Compania Financiera's two bond issuances. Moody's Latin America assigned Aa2.ar local-currency debt ratings to the issuances.

The first debt issuance is Ar$50 million, with a floating interest rate and maturity in 24 months; the second issuance is due in nine months for up to Ar$25 million, with a fixed interest rate.
