Prudential intends to offer fixed-rate notes through five bookrunners

Knoxville, Tenn., April 6 – Prudential plc intends to price fixed-rate notes, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are non-callable.

Barclays, BofA Securities, Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Credit Agricole CIB and MUFG are the bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Prudential is a London-based life insurance and financial services company.
