Prudential Jennison Global Opportunities Fund plans March launch

San Diego, Dec. 30 - Prudential Investments LLC announced in an N-1A filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission that it is planning to offer a new fund in March.

The Prudential Jennison Global Opportunities Fund will seek long-term growth of capital by investing primarily in equity and equity-related securities of companies located around the world. The fund can invest without limit in foreign securities and may invest a large portion of its assets in companies located in emerging markets.

The portfolio managers will be Mark Baribeau and Thomas Davis of Jennison Associates LLC, the fund's investment subadviser.

The fund will offer class A, class C and class Z shares. Of those, only class A shares will incur a maximum sales charge, which will be 5.5%. Both class A and class C shares will carry a maximum deferred sales charge of 1%.

Management fees will be 0.9% for each class. Including 12b-1 distribution and service fees and other expenses, the total annual fund operating expenses are expected to be 1.6% for class A shares, 2.35% for class C shares and 1.35% for class Z shares.

Prudential Investments will be the investment adviser and is based in Newark, N.J.
