Prudential to price notes in three parts via five bookrunners

Knoxville, Tenn., March 5 – Prudential Financial, Inc. intends to price fixed-rate notes in three tranches, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are due March 10, 2026, March 10, 2030 and March 10, 2040.

The 2026 notes feature a make-whole call until Feb. 10, 2026 and then a par call. The 2030 notes feature a make-whole call until Dec. 10, 2029 and then a par call. The 2040 notes feature a make-whole call until Sept. 10, 2039 and then a par call.

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, BNP Paribas Securities Corp., BofA Securities, Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and HSBC Securities (USA) Inc. are the bookrunners.
