Providence launches pro rata financing via Truist, Citi and Regions

New York, March 28 – Providence Group held a lender call at 3 p.m. ET on Tuesday to launch a pro rata financing, according to a market source.

Truist Securities, Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and Regions Capital Markets are the lead arrangers on the deal.

Proceeds will be used to refinance existing debt.

Providence Group is a Farmington, Utah-based provider of post-acute health care services.
