New Issue: Protective Life prices $100 million three-year notes at Libor plus 45 bps

Des Moines, Sept. 14 - Protective Life Secured Trust 2007-C priced a $100 million issue of registered medium-term notes (Aa3/AA) due Sept. 17, 2010 on Thursday at par to yield Libor plus 45 basis points, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest is payable quarterly.

The notes are non-callable.

The underwriter was Banc of America Securities LLC.

Settlement is expected on Tuesday.
