Shamrock Activist Fund-led investors increase stake in ProQuest to 7.95%

Charlotte, N.C., March 26 - ProQuest Co. investors led by Shamrock Activist Fund purchased 102,900 shares of the company's stock between March 22 and March 26 priced from $8.28 to $8.45 per share, according to a schedule 13D filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The Shamrock Activist Value Fund beneficially owns 2,374,400 shares, or 7.95%, of the Ann Arbor, Mich., educational publishing company's shares.
