Russia's Promsvyazbank to sell two-tranche offering of senior, subordinated notes

New York, Oct. 3 - Promsvyazbank (Russia) plans to sell a two-tranche offering of senior and subordinated bonds (Ba3/B/B), according to a market source.

A roadshow is scheduled to take place in Singapore on Oct. 9 and Oct. 10, in Zurich and Geneva on Oct. 11 and wrap up in London on Oct. 12.

Citigroup is the lead manager for the Regulation S transaction.

Promsvyazbank is a private commercial and retail bank based in Moscow.
