Moody's affirms Promsvyaz

Moody's Investors Service said it affirmed the B1 rating of the $100 million 10.25% loan participation notes due 2006 issued by Promsvyaz Finance SA following the tap issuance of $100 million 10.25% loan participation notes due 2006.

This tap issue is consolidated with the pre-existing $100 million 10.25% loan participation notes due 2006.
