Russia's Promsvyazbank plans $500 million offering of notes in June

Atlanta, March 29 - Russia's OAO Promsvyazbank is planning a $500 million offering of notes, a market source said.

The deal is expected to come to market in June.

No other details were immediately available on Tuesday.

Promsvyazbank is a commercial bank based in Moscow.
