Fitch rates Promsvyazbank notes B

Fitch Ratings said it assigned Promsvyaz Finance SA's $100 million 10.25% limited recourse loan participation notes due October 2006 a final long-term B rating.

The notes are to be used solely for financing a loan to Russia's Promsvyazbank (rated long-term foreign currency B) under a loan agreement.

Fitch said the bank's business has grown and diversified and it ranks among the top 15 banks in Russia by assets.
