Atlanta, July 2 - Russia's Promsvyazbank priced $200 million notes due 2016 to yield 11¼%, a market source said.
Citigroup, PSB and RBS were the bookrunners for the Regulation S deal, which priced in line with talk of 11¼%.
The deal was initially expected to total $100 million.
Promsvyazbank is a Moscow-based financial services company.
