Russia's Promsvyazbank plans $200 million eurobond

New York, May 25 - Promsvyazbank plans to issue a $200 million eurobond, according to a market source.

ING and UBS Securities are running the books for the Russian bank.

Proceeds will be used to fund increased lending.
