Moody's assigns A2 to ASML notes

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned an A2 rating to ASML Holding NV’s planned euro-denominated senior unsecured notes.

ASML’s A2 senior unsecured ratings are not affected by this offering, Moody’s said.

The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

The outlook is stable.
