Moody's assigns A2 to ASML green bond

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned an A2 senior unsecured rating to ASML Holding NV’s planned euro-denominated notes.

ASML’s A2 senior unsecured ratings are not affected by this rating action, the agency said.

The proceeds will be used to finance or refinance commercial real estate projects in line with the company's green bond framework.

The outlook is stable.
