S&P lifts Prologis

Standard & Poor's said it raised its corporate credit rating on Prologis Inc., Prologis LP and Prologis to BBB+ from BBB. The outlook is stable.

At the same time, S&P raised its senior unsecured ratings on the company's debt to BBB+ from BBB and the ratings on the company's preferred stock to BBB- from BB+.

S&P said the upgrade reflects a view that Prologis has strengthened its financial risk profile to "intermediate" from "significant."
