S&P rates Prologis notes BBB

Standard & Poor's said it gave its BBB rating to Prologis LP's €700 million 3% senior unsecured notes due 2022.

The rating continues to reflect Prologis Inc.'s "strong" business risk profile and "significant" financial risk profile, the agency said.
