State Street reports stake of 5.1% in ProLogis

Philadelphia, Nov. 17 - State Street Bank and Trust Co. reported an investment of 5.1% in ProLogis as of Sept. 30, according to an SC 13G filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The holdings represent a passive stake of 13,415,822 shares.

ProLogis is a Denver-based industrial real estate investment trust.
