Estonia's Pro Kapital mulls issue of secured bonds with investors

San Luis Obispo, Calif., March 6 – The management board of Pro Kapital Grupp AS said it is considering issuing secured bonds.

The company has started discussions with qualified investors as to the demand for the bond. Currently, terms have not been determined, and the decision whether to issue the bonds will not be made until the investor discussions have been completed.

Pro Kapital Grupp is a Tallinn, Estonia-based real estate development company with a focus on modern large-scale commercial and residential real estate in the capitals of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
