Estonia's Pro Kapital to issue 5% three-year non-convertible bonds

San Luis Obispo, Calif., Oct. 28 - The management board of Pro Kapital Grupp AS said it approved at its meeting on Monday plans to issue unsecured and non-convertible bonds.

The bonds will mature in three years and carry a coupon of 5%. Each bond will have a nominal value of €10,000, according to a press release. The minimum investment will be €100,000.

The subscription period begins Monday and ends on Nov. 6. The amount of bonds to be issued will be determined after the subscription period expires.

Pro Kapital Grupp is a Tallinn, Estonia-based real estate development company with a focus on modern large-scale commercial and residential real estate in the capitals of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
