Pro Kapital again extends subscription period on non-convertible bonds

By Taylor Fox

New York, Nov. 6 – Estonia’s Pro Kapital Grupp AS prolonged for the second time the subscription term for the second tranche of privately placed unsecured callable fixed-rate non-convertible bonds.

The term has been pushed out to Nov. 13 from Nov. 6, according to a news release.

As previously reported, the original subscription period of the bonds was Oct. 1 through Oct. 28.

The subscription period was extended based on the request of a potential investor.

The bonds will mature Oct. 31, 2024 and bear annual interest of 8%, payable semiannually.

Pro Kapital Grupp is a Tallinn-based real estate development company with a focus on modern large-scale commercial and residential real estate in the capitals of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
