Estonia's Pro Kapital opens subscription period for 5% bonds due 2019

New York, March 14 - AS Pro Kapital Grupp announced that its management board has opted to offer 5% five-year non-convertible unsecured bonds, each with a nominal value of €10,000.

The subscription period will run from March 14 until March 28.

The minimum investment amount is €100,000.

Pro Kapital Grupp is a Tallinn, Estonia-based real estate development company with a focus on modern large-scale commercial and residential real estate in the capitals of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
