Wisconsin HEFA organizes $129 million offering of ProHealth Care bonds

New York, Dec. 31 – The Wisconsin Health and Educational Facilities Authority is expected to price $129 million of series 2015 revenue refunding bonds for ProHealth Care Inc., according to a preliminary official statement.

The bonds (A1/A+/) will be sold on a negotiated basis with RBC Capital Markets LLC as the sole underwriter.

The bonds are due 2025 to 2034 with a term bond due in 2039.

Proceeds will be used to refund the authority’s series 2009 revenue bonds.
