Progressive Gaming redeems $20 million 11 7/8% notes

New York, Dec. 12 - Progressive Gaming International Corp. said it redeemed $20 million of its 11 7/8% senior secured notes due 2008 at 105.938%.

The company also paid accrued interest.

Progressive Gaming noted it expects to retire the remaining outstanding $45 million of notes with proceeds from new credit facilities and/or the pending strategic investment by International Game Technology.

Las Vegas-based Progressive Gaming supplies integrated casino management systems software and games for the gaming industry.
