Progenics Pharmaceuticals files shelf for 4 million shares

Washington, Jan. 9 - Progenics Pharmaceuticals filed a shelf for 4 million common shares valued at a total of $107 million in an S-3 registration with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The Tarrytown, N.Y.-based drug company said proceeds from the offerings will be used for general corporate purposes.
