Procter & Gamble plans offering of notes via three bookrunners

Tupelo, Miss., Jan. 28 – The Procter & Gamble Co. plans to price an offering of notes, according to a 4245B filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Thursday.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Goldman Sachs & Co. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC are the bookrunners.

The consumer products company is based in Cincinnati.
