Procter & Gamble to sell $750 million five-year notes in fixed, floating-rate tranches Monday

Virginia Beach, Oct. 27 – The Procter & Gamble Co. is planning a $750 million offering of five-year senior notes in fixed- and floating-rate tranches for Monday pricing, according to a market source and a 424B5 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Goldman Sachs & Co. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC are the bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Procter & Gamble is a Cincinnati-based consumer products company.
