Procter & Gamble files debt securities automatic shelf registration

Knoxville, Tenn., Sept. 10 - The Procter & Gamble Co. and Procter & Gamble International Funding SCA jointly filed a debt securities automatic shelf registration in an S-3-ASR filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The securities offered by Procter & Gamble International Funding will be fully and unconditionally guaranteed by the Procter & Gamble Co.

Based in Cincinnati, Procter & Gamble provides branded consumer goods.
