Moody’s assigns Aa3 to P&G’s euro notes

Moody's Ratings said it assigned Aa3 ratings to the four-year and 10-year senior unsecured fixed-rate euro notes offered by the Procter & Gamble Co.

The outlook is stable.

“The issuance is credit positive because it improves liquidity and lengthens the company's maturity profile, Moody’s said in a news release.
