Procter & Gamble to issue 50-year floaters via UBS

Omaha, Nov. 5 - The Procter & Gamble Co. announced an issue of 50-year floating-rate notes (Aa3/AA-) Monday, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing.

It is unknown when the notes will price, an informed source said.

UBS Investment Bank is the bookrunner.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

The consumer goods manufacturer is based in Cincinnati.
