Procter & Gamble to price notes in two parts via three bookrunners

Knoxville, Tenn., Jan. 27 – Procter & Gamble Co. intends to sell fixed-rate notes in two tranches, according to a 424B5 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes may be called at the greater of a make-whole call and a par call.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and HSBC Securities (USA) Inc. are the bookrunners.
Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
The consumer products company is based in Cincinnati.
